As Twitchy reported, Sen. Bob Dole passed away early Sunday morning at the age of 98. There were plenty of distasteful takes from blue-checks on the Left, but we’re not sure what point Intercept investigative reporter Ken Klippenstein thought he was making. On hearing of Dole’s death, he put together a patchwork of headlines connecting Dole to “big tobacco” and seems to suggest that, ironically, smoking killed him.
