A CNN panel has already discussed if a booster shot would have saved his life. Another troll has suggested he died not because he was vaccinated but because you weren’t.
Slate is stepping up to explain the complicating factors behind Powell’s death, citing one tweet to suggest that “right-wing pundits are using Powell’s vaccination status to question the effectiveness of vaccines and rail against mandates.” But Slate understands that even people who aren’t right-wing pundits might be questioning the efficacy of the vaccine.

Come on Slate. He had multiple conditions including cancer. We know people like him are especially vulnerable as their immune system is so weakened–even with the vaccine. This is irresponsible reporting.
