As Twitchy reported, anti-impeachment House Democrat Rep. Jeff Van Drew of New Jersey has announced he is switching parties after a lengthy conversation with President Trump. “The R’s are gonna have an absolute field day with this one,” tweeted Politico’s Melanie Zanona.
Some had a field day pulling up old tweets from the DCCC, such as this one celebrating the flip of Van Drew’s district from red to blue:
