Rolling Stone is on top of that story of the bowl cut being a symbol of white supremacy

As Twitchy reported, even though the idea of the “OK” hand symbol being a signal of white supremacy began life as a 4chan prank, apparently enough white supremacists have adopted it that the Anti-Defamation League added it, along with the McDonald’s “moon man” and the bowl cut to its Hate Symbols Database.

We’re old enough to remember when, just after the 2016 election, outlets including LA Weekly, the Washington Post, and Esquire all ran pieces on white nationalist Richard Spencer’s haircut — a basic undercut that suddenly became known as the “Hippler” or the “fashy.” Esquire was even triggered when Eric Trump was spotted emulating Spencer’s white supremacist haircut:

But now the bowl cut is the thing to watch out for, apparently because it was worn by church shooter Dylann Roof, and Rolling Stone is on it:
