Do you strive for perfection? You too might be a white supremacist

Just a few weeks ago, Twitchy posted a photo of a PowerPoint presentation showing the characteristics of white supremacy, such as perfectionism, individualism, and objectivity. It seems the list was lifted from a study done in 2001 called, “White Supremacy Culture” and published in “Dismantling Racism: A Workbook for Social Change Groups.”

Here we are just a few weeks later, and again we’re being told that perfectionism is a characteristic of white supremacy.

That exec is New York City Schools Chancellor Richard Carranza, and we’re guessing he sat through that PowerPoint presentation not too long ago. The New York Post reports:

…the DOE has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on consultants to coach supervisors on how to “disrupt the power structure and dismantle institutional racism,” a supervisor said.

“There’s been a lot of discussion of white supremacy and how it manifests in the workplace, conversations about race, and looking at how the white culture behaves,” said a white executive who received the training.

“White supremacy is characterized by perfectionism, a belief in meritocracy, and the Protestant work ethic,” the exec said, adding that whites who object when accused of deep-rooted bias are called “fragile” and “defensive.”

Funny that whites would become defensive when you point out their Protestant work ethic is a building block of white supremacy.
