Did Massachusetts come up with the worst hashtag ever for its college savings accounts?

It’s great that the Massachusetts Treasury is offering a “free” $50 deposit into a college savings account for every child born or adopted in the state, but speaking of deposits, could they have come up with a worse hashtag to promote it?
