As Twitchy reported earlier, celebrity lawyer Michael Avenatti has gotten into the game of accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct, and on “Maddow” Monday night, he promised that this “witness and victim” will be making an appearance in the next 48 hours and will be seen as 100 percent credible by the American people.
