It won’t be long before fans have their choice of hundreds of tributes to rock and roll legend Chuck Berry, who passed away Saturday at 90.

It’s just about impossible to picture Berry not holding a six-string, but fellow music legend Charlie Daniels made a point in his farewell to Berry to acknowledge him for his words above his distinctive vocals and guitar riffs.

Berry was a pioneer in more ways than one, so much so that alien life forms might learn English from one of his legendary hits.
