The longtime naming sponsor of the American Airlines Arena will depart after 20 years, and the local Miami-Dade government (who operate the arena) is looking for a replacement sponsor. The $10 million bid from the audio/visual experts exceeds what the hoped-for rate is, by the way.

By way of explanation, that image of the arena is their mock-up of how it may look. American Airlines hs their logo currently on the roof so it is visible to those flying over from the nearby international airport.
