For an hour or two on Sunday, Twitter was buzzing with news that actor Mickey Rourke died in a snowboarding accident. First things first: Mickey Rourke … snowboarding?
One fan of England’s football team, which lost to Italy on Sunday, had his own idea about the possible cause of death:

Thankfully, the rumor quickly was discounted. Its likely origin, however, was the sad, and real, news item about Spanish soccer player Miki Roque, who died of cancer:
