Twitchy has told you about American Hersh Goldberg-Polin, the 23-year-old American-Israeli who was captured by Hamas on October 7, 2023. For nearly a year, Hersh was held hostage by the terrorist organization in Rafah. He was tortured, lost part of his left arm, and was starved.
When Israeli forces were close to finally rescuing him, Hamas executed Hersh and five other hostages.
One of the other hostages will haunt me forever is Eden Yerushalmi. Like Hersh, Eden was a young woman (24 years old), and taken by Hamas in October of last year.
When her body was recovered, she weight just 79 pounds.
Eden Yerushalmi weighed 79 lbs when her body was recovered from Gaza.

For an average woman of average height (5’4”), a healthy weight is around 108 to 145 lbs.

Hamas was starving her to death.

Look at her face. The bags under her eyes. Her last months on earth were fraught with pain, suffering, and fear. She wasn't sleeping well, wasn't being fed, was dehydrated. She weight 79 pounds. Roughly the same as a ten-year-old.
The Red Cross and the UN never demanded Hamas let them see these hostages. Eden and her fellow captives were denied food, held in tunnels, and summarily executed by terrorist barbarians, and not one 'human rights' organization seems to give a s**t.
Contrast that reality with what the protesters at Columbia University (and other college campuses) demanded:
Some perspective that contrasts with the well-fed psychotic Columbia whiners who wanted their food brought to their feet lest they "die of dehydration and starvation" https://t.co/nRrwPXvWJS pic.twitter.com/9sjjoVBAHX

The hypocrisy and irony are not lost on me.
While well-fed, privileged, and spoiled Columbia protesters whined from the safety and comfort of Manhattan -- and demanded DoorDash bring them sustenance -- they cheered on the organization that was slowly starving Eden to death. At Princeton, they went on a 'hunger strike' to condemn Israel and support Palestine. They made a mockery of the actual suffering Eden endured before Hamas ended her life.
Where are the feminists? Where are the human rights campaigners?
They are silent.
Because they are completely fine with what Hamas did to Hersh, and to Eden.
They are fine with the sexual violence, the physical violence, the wholesale slaughter of women, children, and elderly Jews because they hate Jews and Israel.
They are so blinded by that hatred, that they do not care about the victims of Hamas' terrorism. They don't care about the burned bodies, the peaceful festival goers raped and slaughtered en masse.
To them, Israel is the bad guy, and the victims of October 7 got what they deserved for the 'crime' of being Jewish in Israel.
Now that fall is on the horizon, campus protests are ramping back up. These spoiled, wealthy brats are demanding more victims like Hersh and Eden. Demanding more Jewish women are raped and starved until Hamas gets their way: the eradication of Israel and Jews.
And if this is where they stand, if this is what they support, the world should know. The world should treat them with the same contempt and social ostracization it did the Nazis after World War II. They deserve no less.
Before she died, Hamas filmed Eden and the other hostages. This is how Eden chose to spend some of her final moments on earth:
Hamas didn’t just execute the hostages. It filmed them first. This is Eden Yerushalmi, in the clip her family approved for release.

Hamas is a death cult. It must die. pic.twitter.com/8aBUotZgAy
It must die. And those who support it must be held accountable for cheering on such breathtaking evil.
