Twitter is on fire tonight over Juan Williams’ comments that bloggers aren’t journalists. On Fox News Channel’s Hannity TV show, Williams dissed Twitchy founder/CEO Michelle Malkin in particular and bloggers in general during a discussion about the controversial “Fast and Furious” program that sent guns to Mexico, saying, “I’m a real journalist, not a blogger.”
Oh, boy, Juan Williams just said @MichelleMalkin is "just a blogger". That could get its own #ThingsIdRatherDo hashtag game.

Of course Michelle proceeded to rip Williams a new one:

The irony of a “real journalist” mocking bloggers was not lost on those following the decline of the MSM and their failure to cover Fast and Furious:
I think that Juan Williams 'I'm a real reporter not a blogger' comment @michellemalkin was MSM death rattle. @hannityshow #teaparty #tcot

Thank god for the BLOGGERS who broke open the #fastandfurious scandal & paved the way for #realreporters to follow. @TheJuanWilliams

Wow @thejuanwilliams, those other #realreporters at NPR sure were nice to you, eh? Who had your back then? BLOGGERS. @michellemalkin

Dear Juan Williams, If all we had to rely on was "real reporters" Dan Rather would still be anchoring CBS evening news…

@michellemalkin You tell 'em… blogs play a vital role and if they didn't, MSM wouldn't cover stories they break 🙂

@BenHowe @TheJuanWilliams If the #MSM had vetted Obama like #JustABlogger we wouldn't have #JustACommunityOrganizer as President. #Mitt2012

Yes @MichelleMalkin is #JustABlogger and @TheJuanWilliams is #just an Obamaapologist
