Representative-elect and former Navy SEAL Dan Crenshaw was asked to address the media’s narrative that President Trump undermines democracy with his “attacks” on the press.
Crenshaw, who was attacked, provided a unique perspective.
"This broad brush criticism that the president is somehow undermining our democracy, I always wonder like, what exactly are we talking about?" @DanCrenshawTX tells @margbrennan @FaceTheNation https://t.co/ac7ve4LCfw pic.twitter.com/u9QPUmwMMl

As for the undermining of democracy, Crenshaw’s simple question was:
“Like what?”
“What is he undermining exactly?”
“What democratic freedoms have been undermined?”
The mainstream media do not like the fact that there is strong pushback to the misinformation that gets reported and has been for years.
.@DanCrenshawTX great job fending off that explosive and dangerous democrat talking point. The notion President Trump is undermining democracy because of how he speaks or because of policy disagreements is more dangerous than the phoney charge being made in the first place.

While we’re on the subject of threatening things, let’s keep in mind that Crenshaw was recently mocked by Saturday Night Live (the show later apologized) for the injury he sustained during his time as a SEAL.
Very early prediction (that nobody will remember):
Crenshaw is going to be a presidential contender by 2024. https://t.co/wwYj3DdXMI

Crenshaw is a rising star on the right for sure.
