Billionaire Democrat mega-donor Tom Steyer has already spent a lot of money on ads pushing a “grassroots” impeachment petition which led many to believe he was collecting an email database for a possible congressional run, but reportedly that’s not the case. Steyer will, however, remain a major Dem donor in 2018:
