For months now Twitchy has been covering the reaction to the story about alleged Russian hacks to the election and the DNC.
There has been a push among many Democrats for an independent investigation of Trump’s potential ties to Russia:

It is also important to keep a perspective on how many cyber attacks took place while Barack Obama was still President of the United States.
In November 2016 it was revealed that the US Navy suffered a data breach that affected many sailors:

A Navy official told ABC News that the breach was believed to only include social security numbers and names.
The official said that the contract with HPES was for a program known as Career Waypoints that the Navy uses for sailors to reenlist or apply for new Navy jobs.
In August of 2015, it was the Pentagon that was hacked by Russia:

U.S. officials tell NBC News that Russia launched a “sophisticated cyberattack” against the Pentagon’s Joint Staff unclassified email system, which has been shut down and taken offline for nearly two weeks.
In June 2015, it was China that hacked the US military:

Hackers linked to China have gained access to the sensitive background information submitted by intelligence and military personnel for security clearances, U.S. officials said Friday, describing a cyberbreach of federal records dramatically worse than first acknowledged.
And China was also behind this hack in June of 2015:

In April 2015, it was the White House that was hacked:

— CNN International (@cnni) April 12, 2015
Quote:
The White House in October said it noticed suspicious activity in the unclassified network that serves the executive office of the president. The system has been shut down periodically to allow for security upgrades.
All of these hacks happened while Barack Obama was President. So why is the DNC the only hack that is important? Many Americans have been targeted by hackers. And had their information compromised during the Barack Obama Presidency. There have been other hacks that have had a greater impact.
And that leads to this question:
