A Butler, Pennsylvania, man was brought into a federal courtroom on Wednesday. Authorities say 21-year-old Jonathan Kramer was planning a terrorist attack in suburban Pittsburgh, adding that it was ISIS-inspired. It’s not something to laugh about ...but then a local television news station posted a courtroom sketch of the hearing. Jeepers!

Indeed.
The resemblance to Shaggy from the various Hanna-Barbera Scooby-Doo cartoons was uncanny. Noticing this, the jokes and memes started flying.

Posters say he must have had some accomplices and a getaway vehicle. It’s no mystery since there’s a pic (or is that a cel?)

His co-conspirators were last seen riding around in a green van with “Mystery Machine” painted on it and going around solving so called paranormal problems that were usually wealthy land owners wearing masks.

Commenters say ‘Shaggy’ was framed. (WATCH)
