This is not a role for the faint of heart. The Operations Manager will play a key role in an organization frequently attacked by statists and big government-types. As the Operations Manager, you will face public scrutiny by ideological organizations and individuals that may last indefinitely on the Internet and elsewhere. The ideal candidate will not be deterred by this; rather, he/she will be energized by the challenge. The ideal candidate will handle negative attacks with grace and resilience, continually keeping his/her focus on the mission at hand. In the simplest terms, this role requires thick skin coupled with an unwavering commitment to Project Veritas’ mission.
