One of the ACA’s key goals was to “root out serious inefficiencies in the United States health care system that increase costs.” So of course the Obamacare health insurance exchange in California, Covered California, has sent this guy five sets of six copies of the same letter. For those of you enrolled in Common Core mathematics, that’s 30 versions of the exact same notice.

And we thought 11 copies of the same letter was bad. Silly us!
