CNN's Chris Cuomo lectures LAPD on need for better training

This morning, CNN Anchor Chris Cuomo weighed in on the widely-circulated video showing a Los Angeles police officer shooting a homeless man.

So “it all comes down to facts,” yet rather than wait for those facts, Cuomo has already concluded that the police officer who shot the man was at fault.
