Vivica Fox on Ferguson grand jury verdict: 'They will always make up a story 2 justify their BS!'

Tonight, Actress Vivica Fox claimed that Ferguson, Mo., officials “made up a story” to justify their “BS.” Her tweet came shortly after the decision of a St. Louis County grand jury not to pursue charges against police officer Darren Wilson was made public.  The grand jury reportedly included three African Americans.

In August, Wilson shot and killed 18-year-old Michael Brown, whom some described (unpersuasively) as a “gentle giant.”
