Del. Donna Christensen, D-VI: "Gov. Perry needs more than glasses to project 'smart'"

A few weeks ago, Fitch Ratings lowered the Virgin Islands’ implied General Obligation bond rating. Naturally, Delegate Donna Christensen, the non-voting congresswoman from the U.S. Virgin Islands, is focused like a laser not on the island’s economic problems, but on Texas Gov. Rick Perry’s appearance.
