There was once a time when liberals pretended to care about people without health insurance. Not any more. If you have stage IV gallbladder cancer or breast cancer and you are about to lose your health insurance plan, do not expect any sympathy from anyone who supports Obamacare.
The truth is that conservatives and libertarians have lots of good ideas for reforming health care. For years we have been pushing ideas like tax reform, tort reform, and allowing insurers to sell plans across state lines. But even if nothing else is done, repealing Obamacare would be a great start:
