The white rectangle was not in the version of the photo tweeted by Mandel. That was added by Twitchy to cover up the model’s upper torso — something the model’s bra failed to do.

Earlier this year, Mandel repeatedly promoted his Twitter account on America’s Got Talent — a show that includes child performers and is considered family-friendly.

Mandel tweeted the R-rated photo earlier this evening to nearly 500,000 followers, some of whom appear to be young children.
