Peter Fonda speaks out against Citizens United

Late last night, actor Peter Fonda linked approvingly to an anti-Citizens United article on a left-wing activist website:

On Thursday, the California legislature went on record supporting a constitutional amendment to overturn the horrible Citizens United Supreme Court decision.

This makes California the sixth state in the nation to do so, and the passage of this resolution will give a huge boost to similar efforts that are happening in other states.

There is momentum on our side, and CREDO activists like you were a big part of this fight.

Fonda cheered the news, tweeting, “One more for our side ! Got2 keep pushing ahead.”
