Gaffetastic Joe Biden refers to 'President Romney' and calls Obama 'President Clinton'

This isn’t the first time Vice President Biden has misspoken, and surely won’t be the last.

We cannot find any mention of Biden’s gaffe in the Washington Post or New York Times. Would these papers have nothing to say if a Republican official had made similar errors?
