Girls of Twitter defend singer Greyson Chance; fan site reportedly hacked

As of this 7:20 am ET this morning, two of the top ten Trending Topics on Twitter were defenses of Greyson Chance, the teenage kid whose performance of Lady Gaga’s “Paparazzi” at a school music festival two years ago became a YouTube mega-hit. A few examples of anti-anti-Greyson tweets:

We are having a hard time figuring out what caused the sudden outpouring of support for Greyson.
