One by one, we watched Trump’s GOP challengers fall and pledge their allegiance to the Donald. But, despite facing a great deal of pressure, there remained a few holdouts: John Kasich, Jeb Bush, and Lindsey Graham, the latter of whom revealed who had earned his vote for President this year:
