Harry Reid’s deputy chief of staff Adam Jentleson is in a tough spot right now. See, he has to help his boss make a convincing case for the Senate to hold a hearing on anyone Obama potentially nominates for SCOTUS.

So, in light of the news that Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee have vowed not to hold hearings on Obama nominees, Adam’s gotta scramble extra-hard to make Harry sound like he cares about the Constitution. Unfortunately, Jentleson’s really got his work cut out for him. So, he’s opted to go this route:
