Damn, it feels good to be Ron Klain! Guy’s got it made in the shade. Gets paid a six-figure salary as Joe Biden’s chief of staff to basically do nothing all day except retweet delusional hot takes from blue-checks about what a fantastic job President Biden is doing while the country goes to hell in a handbasket.
To be fair, though, not all of Ron Klain’s tweets are retweets. Some of them are his own thoughts. Or at least Paul Krugman’s thoughts, which are basically the same.
Like this one, for example:
"Biden has arguably done more to defend freedom, in substantive ways that go beyond mere words, than any president since Harry Truman."https://t.co/IB31XuX9R1
— Jeff Zients (@WHCOS) April 29, 2022
“Arguably” is the keyword here. Because we’ll argue until we’re blue in the face that Krugman and Klain are absolutely full of it.
Delusional. https://t.co/ucH3LEKluv

It’s a ridiculously stupid take on its face. Joe Biden has done literally nothing to defend freedom since being sworn in as president. He’s presided over the curtailing of freedoms here in the United States, and his foreign policy has directly led to less freedom around the world. Has Paul or Ron checked in on Afghanistan lately, for example? China? Ukraine? Humanitarian disasters are unfolding in other countries because of what Joe Biden has done, or not done. That’s nothing to celebrate.
Every Afghan was too busy enjoying their freedom to comment on this story. https://t.co/Dxi6wYjkvD

That Klain is running with Krugman’s absurd claim is legitimately offensive.
Harry Truman is the first & only world leader to conduct nuclear warfare. https://t.co/0Liv4wokaB

There’s also that, yes.

I think the guy who rose to the challenge of 9/11 might have a claim on that. https://t.co/yV6Itk8V1c pic.twitter.com/vNYbXIOD13

There’s a moral to this story. Well, two, actually. The first one is, of course, don’t vote for Joe Biden, unless he’s running for Unmitigated Disaster of the Year.
And the second one is: do not, for any reason whatsoever, believe a word that comes out of Ronald Klain’s slimy, snaky mouth.

The entire Biden administration is toxic.
The Gaslighting will continue until morale improves. https://t.co/HIm4HWR9SJ
