The U.S. Department of Education has been a thorn in the country’s side for decades. It’s been awful for kids, and awful for their parents.
Democrats want to ensure that it remains that way for years to come.
And GOP Rep. Thomas Massie wants to ensure that it doesn’t:
End the Federal Department of Re-education.

“The Department of Education shall terminate on December 31, 2022.” Short and sweet.

Nice to have a bill that doesn’t require a whole team of staffers to speed-read for a change.

Now you’re talking. Federal government has no business in the education of our children. Absolutely great bill. Keep working.👏👏👏

The Department of Education is a dumpster fire. Maybe it’s time to just put it out.
