Joe Biden hasn’t done squat in recent speeches to reassure Americans or the world that his administration knows what the hell they’re doing when it comes to Afghanistan.
But maybe COVID19 will give him that chance to finally shine:
President Biden is set to deliver what's being described as a pretty big Covid speech tomorrow, per multiple people. Officials still finalizing specifics, but expected to have several components on schools, private companies, fed workers. The most they've done to date, one says.

“The most they’ve done to date.” We have to assume that doesn’t include shutting down the virus, which Biden promised several times last year to do and hasn’t delivered on yet.
today – "JUST IN – Biden to unveil new "plan" to stop Delta variant on Thursday."

He’ll get around to doing that eventually, we’re sure. He’s just had his hands full lately is all.
Joe is SO over you losers who stayed behind in Afghanistan.
You're so self-centered. It's always me, me, me: help ME, get ME out of here, don't leave ME behind, the Taliban wants to kill ME.
Why don't you think about Joe and what *he* wants to do for a change? https://t.co/lExwwaOY8q

Anyway, now that he’s prioritizing the war on COVID19 again, let’s give him a chance to be the great leader he says he is.
Falling internal poll numbers? Yeah, this won’t help unless he gets up there and says the damn truth: COVID is endemic and we have to live with this now. https://t.co/BvJ7svDw6d

This should be fascinating — Biden have multiple “big COVID speeches” over the last few weeks when he was trying to distract from the Afghanistan crisis.
Will be curious if this actually has new substance or just rehashing messaging from the last few weeks. https://t.co/WNuj4UOaUS

He should just let everyone read the teleprompter.
And how late will Biden be for his Big Speech? https://t.co/skFYdqr2Vv

If he’s late, we’re sure he’ll have a good reason. But maybe he won’t be late at all. If they schedule the speech for later in the week, he’ll have more time to get there on time:
For clarity, the covid speech is now expected later this week, not tomorrow*
— Kaitlan Collins (@kaitlancollins) September 7, 2021
We’re not sure if that was a mistake on Kaitlan Collins’ part or if Biden’s handlers elected to move the speech to a later date. Honestly at this point, it doesn’t really matter, because the optics for Joe Biden are terrible no matter what.
This seems to be happening a lot. https://t.co/r1fu1i0DOf

Honestly this is becoming a meme at this point. https://t.co/KkI6WgEoBq

It’d be news if Joe Biden actually gave a timely speech.
Also expect Biden to be late, whenever it does take place. https://t.co/WjAROVlIEO

Regardless of the date $20 says he will be late … again. Any takers? https://t.co/eC9nR4smr4

We’ll take that bet.
Well, yeah.
Now that we know #FauciLied and that COVID was engineered in the Wuhan lab and Fauci knew about it, they can't possibly have this speech tomorrow.
There's damage control to be done. https://t.co/jYtTMUmFH5
— RBe (@RBPundit) September 7, 2021
Lots of damage to control. None of it will be controlled, of course.
And, as always, won't take questions from MSM. https://t.co/bvjAPRiSnc

And something tells us that we shouldn’t hold our breath for Biden to answer any questions. Just call it a hunch.
