Not that celebrities’ opinions on politicians matter any more than just us normies’ opinions, but it does seem worth noting how those celebrities’ political opinions are received depending on who benefits.
Golf legend Jack Nicklaus recently announced that he’s voted to re-elect Donald Trump:
Get out and vote. I did! pic.twitter.com/IfQb3NeSO3

The Resistance wasn’t too pleased with that.
So you can guess how they’re treating this tweet from NFL Hall-of-Famer Brett Favre:
My Vote is for what makes this country great, freedom of speech & religion, 2nd Amnd, hard working tax paying citizens, police & military. In this election, we have freedom of choice, which all should respect. For me & these principles, my Vote is for @RealDonaldTrump. #Vote ☑️??

If you guessed “they’re pissed,” give yourself a round of applause:
One too many hits to the head is my thinking. Can't imagine any other reason for that vote!

I always thought Favre cost his teams as many games as he won. But I’m sure the rubes love this endorsement.

Too many hits to the head. It’s been documented that it causes brain damage. Here is additional proof.

They’re actually taking this better than we thought they would.
