It’s a good thing that, no matter what happens, Brian Stelter will always remain calm, cool, and collected.
We kid, of course. It’s not a day ending in “y” if Brian’s not flipping out about something.
As we told you, he registered his outrage today over Fox News accurately quoting Donald Trump on dealing with COVID19. But there was naturally more where that came from.
Recall that yesterday, Stelter suggested that White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany’s COVID19 diagnosis was “outrageous” and “more evidence of a coverup.” Apparently Brian’s collected quite a bit of evidence of a coverup:
There's been a possible cover-up about the health of the president of the United States — a cover-up *led by the president, from his hospital room* because he is so sensitive about being perceived as weak. pic.twitter.com/Jx1hQ0C7Ac

Time to amend what I said Sunday. Cut the word "possible." There is a clear coverup underway, and reporters are chipping away at it https://t.co/6E6k1vRPsm https://t.co/XqLuXGMhTN

“Reporters.” It’s so cute when he calls them that.
The clearest evidence of a coverup is the White House's refusal to share Trump's covid testing history. Read the rest in this morning's media newsletter: https://t.co/6E6k1vRPsm

In a bigger-picture sense, Trump is also covering up the reality of Covid-19. He is resuming his coronavirus denialism while he's still hobbled by the disease.

“Hobbled by the disease.” Brian Stelter’s not a journalist, but he plays one on TV.

Brian Stelter has gone full Alex Jones
He is now claiming, without evidence, that there is a government conspiracy involving not just Trump but Walter Reed medical staff
