Having solved all other problems, failed presidential candidate and current New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio has time to tackle another issue that really matters to New Yorkers.
But this particular issue is so serious, so potentially devastating, that de Blasio can’t confront it alone. He needs help. But who? Who’s the right messenger for this?
Well, when the serious issue is idling cars, there’s only one man who can help him drive the message home:
Standing with @BillyIdol — “Billy Never Idles is the campaign’s slogans — @BilldeBlasio says the city will pay people to report idling vehicles to the authorities.
“If you don’t do the right thing and you’re idling, we’re coming for you,” de Blasio says pic.twitter.com/S7JGwKOPYT

Sadly, we do. We wish we didn’t. Because it’s just really, really sad.
I had to google this to make sure it wasn’t the onion

If anyone needs us, we’ll be cringing with ourse-elves.
If it's a war on idling, and people use their phones to report idling, doesn't that make phones weapons of war? https://t.co/6dImoJ0VpE

How is Bill de Blasio a real mayor, much less a real person?
Tougher on motorists than violent criminals, can't wait to move out of NYC.
