As Twitchy told you yesterday, Beto O’Rourke suffered yet another blow when he said he’d love to bring Stacey Abrams on as his running mate. Apparently Abrams’ defenders don’t take kindly to a white man who has no chance of being POTUS offering to elevate a black woman to VP status.
Well anyway, it seems Skateboard Jesus didn’t get the hint, because today on “The View,” he’s still waxing poetic about Abrams’ awesomeness:
.@BetoORourke on @staceyabrams' defeat in GA: The grace with which she met that defeat on an unfair, unlevel playing field with the Secretary of State, perhaps rigging in part that election…is inspiring stuff at a time that our democracy is so badly broken. pic.twitter.com/JHKEnJ0nRd

Just when you thought Beto O’Rourke couldn’t possibly look any more desperate and be more unlikable, he finds another shovel to dig his grave ten feet deeper.

WOOF! That was a load of smoothly delivered hooey.

It’s bad enough to try hitching your wagon to a nutjob like Stacey Abrams. But parroting her talking points? That should be downright disqualifying, because clearly it means you can’t be trusted to not be completely insane.

They really do. A reality in which they didn’t attack Donald Trump for the very same disruptive and dangerous rhetoric that Stacey Abrams spews on a daily basis.
I thought questioning the outcome of an election was a threat to our democracy.

Beto using the exact “rigged” language Democrats worried Trump would use for months ahead of 2016. https://t.co/WksTlyiZIa

Sooooo Trump can can question the legitimacy of the election in 2020. Cool.

Good to know.
