Planned Parenthood has never been great at self-awareness, but this is pretty amazing even for them.
In response to reports that the Department of Health and Human Services is considering narrowing the definition of gender, Planned Parenthood actually had the gall to tweet this:

Why should the transgender community trust Planned Parenthood to lift them up? Planned Parenthood has worked tirelessly to fulfill their founder’s racist legacy by targeting the black community for their “services.”
Planned Parenthood is no friend to the trans community. They’re no friend to any community.
