Well, this might explain Whoopi Goldberg’s defense of Roman Polanski at least a little bit:
Neil Patrick Harris says Whoopi Goldberg promised him future sex when he was a teenager https://t.co/p7je6B0hFG pic.twitter.com/dXvWrqbCfv

More from the New York Post:
“You know, I did my first movie ever with Whoopi Goldberg. A movie called ‘Clara’s Heart,’” Harris said [on Wednesday’s episode of “The View”].
“She told me, I was 15, 16 years old, she told me on my last day of shooting that in 10 years’ time she was going to have sex with me,” he said.
The audience erupted with a mixture of shock and laughter.
Goldberg, 62, who sat at the opposite end of the table with a smirk, then quipped, “I might’ve!”
Watch (starts around the 2:40 mark):
Harris didn’t seem terribly bothered by it after all this time. The same can’t be said for the rest of us.

Tells us a lot about her "It's not rape-rape" stance

If it came out today that a male actor told a 15 year old female actress they were going to have sex within 10 years he’d be ruined. @TheView & @WhoopiGoldberg are hypocrites.

If that had been Trump that said it, Goldberg would be all over that as sexual harassment.

Propositioning a minor? Is he a survivor? Must he be believed? @WhoopiGoldberg Explain.

She was already a star, felt powerful, felt entitled, knew he wouldn’t tell and no one would believe him if he did. Same mentality as all the other predators. Didn’t take it as far (as far as we know). Still, her ability to comment credibility on #metoo issues is shot to hell.
