As Twitchy told you, Dianne Feinstein has released a statement confirming that she received a letter regarding Brett Kavanaugh and has “referred the matter to federal investigative authorities.” According to reports, the matter involves “a decades-old incident involving Kavanaugh and a woman.”
This move has all the makings of a classic shameless Democratic stunt, and it smells a lot like what Harry Reid pulled with Mitt Romney.
