'Dude, SERIOUSLY'? WaPo just CAN'T RESIST this spin on ICE nabbing that Nazi

As Twitchy told you, blue-checked lefty Thom Dunn managed to turn ICE’s capture of a 95-year-old Nazi — like, an actual, bona fide Nazi — into a bad thing. As pathetic as that was, though, at least it was just a random blue check you’d never heard of saying something so stupid. At least it was just some fringe guy. No one in the mainstream would every actually believe that capturing a war criminal is anything less than a great thing.

Oh, wait:

Wow.

Pretty nice ratio he’s got going there.

No, he’s not kidding you. It’s real. And it’s spectacularly awful.

Republicans pounce … but Democrats remain noble:

While Democrats expressed exasperation over the Republican focus on ICE, they also sought to position themselves as firmly against the presence of Nazis in the United States.

“Nazi prison guards have no place in the USA,” Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.) said in a tweet. “We must stand firmly against hate, anti-Semitism and bigotry in all its forms. Good riddance to this war criminal.”

Apparently it doesn’t count when Republicans condemn Nazis.
