YEESH! Illegal immigrant Jose Antonio Vargas' call for 'new journalism' has NOT aged well

Earlier this week, proud “undocumented citizen” and journalist Jose Antonio Vargas called for a “new journalism”:

Can we have #NewJournalism in which journalists don’t hide behind “objectivity” and “balance” to expose moral bankruptcy?

But in light of the media’s colossal “animals” clusterf*ck, Vargas’ plea reaches a whole ‘nother level of awful. Journalists’ mad rush to expose Donald Trump’s “moral bankruptcy” with regard to illegal immigrants blew up in their faces. But hey — if Jose wants more of that, he can have it. Soon enough, “new journalism” will become “no journalism.”
