Kathy Griffin is no shrinking violet. But now’s as good a time as any for her to turn into one.

The Daily Mail’s U.S. political editor David Martosko couldn’t quite believe that Griffin would say this to White House Deputy Press Secretary Hogan Gidley, so he asked Gidley straight-up:

Seeking clarification about @kathygriffin's vulgar demand for the anatomically impossible, I asked @hogangidley45 if she actually yelled at him to "suck my d**k."
