Twitter has indeed verified the Muslim Brotherhood’s official account:
Because what terrorists really need is to be given more credibility and influence.

Remember when Twitter de-verified and then banned alt-right cheerleader Milo Yiannopoulos for “inciting or engaging in the targeted abuse or harassment of others”? Or when they suspended a host of other alt-right accounts last week? Twitter is perfectly entitled to purge accounts it deems as inappropriate or dangerous, and plenty of alt-right accounts definitely fell under the “abusive” umbrella. But how is what those accounts engaged in worse than what the Muslim Brotherhood promotes? Alt-right accounts are suspended, but the Muslim Brotherhood’s account is effectively promoted? Smells pretty rotten.
Congratulations to them. MB now are an officially recognized terrorist group by @Twitter
