In case you hadn’t heard, 11 states are suing the Obama administration over its decree that public schools must allow transgender students to use the bathrooms and locker room facilities based on the students’ chosen gender:

Now, this may come as a complete shock to you, but Sally Kohn is not happy about it. In fact, she thinks it’s downright “unconscionable”:
