Earlier today, President Obama took a brief pause from lavishing praise upon his communist Cuban pals to say a few words about the terrorist attacks in Belgium:

Since he’s evidently too busy to take the attacks seriously (they’re not as serious a threat as climate change, after all), it looks like it might be up to the State Department to take action. And that means calling in the big guns:
