'I want to cry': This Inland Regional Center tweet is absolutely heartbreaking [video]

As Twitchy told you, there has been a shooting at the Inland Regional Center, a facility for the developmentally disabled, in San Bernardino. Media are reporting multiple victims, with some fatalities among them.

These are precious lives … children with disabilities, parents, their therapists. I'm so heartbroken.
