'Just what we need now': Jesse Jackson all set to battle Ebola-induced racism [photo]

Good question! And it should only be a matter of time before we find out.

Because Jesse Jackson has made himself the latest weapon in the fight against Ebola:

Upon request of family of #ThomasEricDuncan, going to #Dallas to bring comfort& to seek best humanitarian relief America has to offer. #Tues

Why wouldn’t Duncan receive the best medical care?

To ensure best medical care? Because otherwise he wouldn't receive it? What exactly can YOU DO??? @RevJJackson @rolandsmartin

What the fuck?! Is playing "healer" now? Not enough relevant racism to instigate today? @dickstrash @revjjackson @rolandsmartin

Hey, he’s gotta go where the cameras are:

But remember: This is about Duncan. For realsies. Jackson’s just the facilitator. Or something.

@RevJJackson What's your fundraising goal for this trip, "Reverend"?

@RevJJackson Dallas doesn't need you. We have REAL experts and doctors. #stayhome

Well, it gives him something to do in his twilight years.

.@RevJJackson Exactly how are you qualified to do that? Or are you just trying to stay relevant by capitalizing on the fear of the family?

— John Murphy (@johnmurphy) October 7, 2014

That sounds about right.

Thoughts and prayers out to the citizens of Dallas who have had to endure storms, Ebola, and now @RevJJackson who is visiting today.

Godspeed, Dallas.
