The president and his “leading statesman” sat down this afternoon for a cozy lunch. As Twitchy reported, still photographers were allowed to witness the spectacle — for transparency’s sake, of course! But if this lunch was supposed to be about showcasing the bond between Obama and Biden, it appears to have come up short:
