Well, it’s certainly possible. Rep. Jim Matheson, a Utah Democrat, announced that he will not seek re-election. Which would leave a plum opportunity for Tea Party favorite Mia Love to take his place:

While Love isn’t yet a lock:
Word of caution: Don't expect Mia Love to be unchallenged for UT 04. LOTS of possible GOP candidates who've waited for an open seat.
— Reid Wilson (@PoliticsReid) December 17, 2013
2012 candidate Mia Love is already in that race. But others could now jump in.

Open House seat in Utah that went 67-30 for Romney in '12 AKA Republican catnip. Can't imagine Mia Love remains lone Republican hopeful.

Prediction: Mia Love will get no less than four challengers for the @UtahGOP nom for UT-4 with Matheson out. Things will get crazy. #utpol

@mattklewis Mia’s going to have many GOP challengers now that that district’s barrier to entry was just demolished.

This is just a hunch, but I could imagine other Rs trying to get UT-4 nomination over Mia Love. Let's see
