House Oversight Chair Darrell Issa isn’t messing around. In a letter to Kathleen Sebelius, Rep. Issa accused HHS of “criminal obstruction.” According to Issa, HHS has prevented Congress from obtaining documents directly from HealthCare.gov contractors. He is calling for HHS to cooperate fully with the congressional investigation into Obamacare:
