With so much attention focused on the Obamacare crapfest lately, it’s been easy to forget that the IRS is also riddled with problems. This news from CBS’ Sharyl Attkisson doesn’t exactly put our minds at ease:
IRS IG says up to 1/4 of tax $ given for Earned Income Tx Credit goes to people who don't qualify.

The IG says he instructed the IRS to develop new systems to prevent the improper pymts in 2008… but IG says IRS didn't do so.
